ABOUT EMPANADA WORKSHOP

Welcome to Empanada Workshop, your number one source for all things YUMMY!. We're dedicated to giving you the very best in Hispanic flavored delights, with a focus in Simply one factor... The "Wow" Reaction.

Founded in 2017 by Omar Nieves, Empanada Workshop has come a long way from its beginnings using the parking lot of a Church in Hampton VA. When Omar Nieves first started out, his passion for providing the best Hispanic food, drove him to quit his day job, and gave him the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into a booming Mobile Food Trailer/Distribution business. We now serve customers all over Peninsula, and are thrilled to be a part of the mobile trailer wing of the food industry.

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy offering them to you. If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us.

- Omar Nieves, CEO

What is a COqui?

In Puerto Rican, a coquí is a very small - tiny - tree frog about one inch long. Some coquí's look green, some brown and some yellowish - actually they are translucent. Coquí's have a high pitched sound and can be heard from far away.

Where are we Located?

Currently we have multiple contracts with government facilities, restricted locations and in different areas around the Peninsula during the lunch time frame.  On Saturdays, we are we currently conduct special, catering, birthday party and even corporate events.

What is an empanadA?

Easiest way to explain them would be...

They are Puerto Rican Hot Pockets!

5 EMPANADA WORKSHOP FOOD TIPS:

-DO NOT chew with your mouth open. You may lose flavor.
-DO NOT allow your children to hold plates. They may eat it.

-DO NOT eat your food without first testing if the temperature is to your liking. You may burn you.

-DO NOT share. Sharing is not caring when it comes to Puerto Rican Delights.

-DO NOT drop our YUM YUM SAUCE. That would just be horrible if you do.
