What is a COqui?
In Puerto Rican, a coquí is a very small - tiny - tree frog about one inch long. Some coquí's look green, some brown and some yellowish - actually they are translucent. Coquí's have a high pitched sound and can be heard from far away.
Where are we Located?
Currently we have multiple contracts with government facilities, restricted locations and in different areas around the Peninsula during the lunch time frame. On Saturdays, we are we currently conduct special, catering, birthday party and even corporate events.

Felix and Maritza Nieves Founded the original mobile food trailer called Amarie's Cuisine in 2009. In 2017, the business was given a complete overhaul and with that overhaul the business was given a new name (Empanada Workshop) as well as a CEO and COO.
